Do I need to attend all five sessions?
Preference is given to applicants who can attend all five sessions in full. The 2018 dates are October 20 and 27 and November 3, 10, and 14.
If I don’t live in Anchorage, can I still participate?
Yes! There will be one virtual team that brings together participants from across Alaska. High-speed internet, webcam, and microphone (the built-in ones on most computers are fine) will be required for all virtual participants.
How much does it cost to apply? How much does it cost to participate?
There is no application or program cost. However, all participants are expected to fully commit to attending all of each workshop session for the duration of the program.
Should I bring a lunch? Snacks?
Lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided, although you are welcome to bring your own provisions if you have a strong personal preference.
How do I dress for the event?
Most days are casual or business casual dress. For Demo Night, business professional is standard.
Who should apply?
We want the curious, the creatives, the problem-solvers. Anyone with a passion or interest in encouraged to apply. No previous experience required.
What is the Alaska Investor Network?
AIN is over 40 accredited private individuals and funds participating in the network with the goal of working to create a robust and diversified economy in Alaska’s future.
